Join us for the first-ever Tour De Hawkins 5K on Vanderbilt University’s campus.
Grab your family, friends, coworkers, fellow Vandy fans, and lace up for our military and veterans! The Hawkins Field Salute to Service 5K will take place as a part of the VandyBoys’ Military Appreciation Weekend when they take on in-state rival Tennessee.The Tour De Hawkins 5K is an awesome way to show your patriotism and support for those who have or continue to serve our country.
Lace up your tennis shoes and get ready to take a trip around Hawkins Field along with other Vanderbilt Athletics venues in the first-ever Tour De Hawkins 5K! This unique 5K course will give you the opportunity to run through several of the athletic facilities on Vanderbilt University’s campus and give you an experience like none other. Facilities in the course include

✬ WHEN: Saturday, April 2nd, 2022 -- Start Time: 9:00 AM✬ WHERE: Vanderbilt University, Hawkins Field. The route will take place throughout several of the Vanderbilt Athletics facilities, including Hawkins Field, Vanderbilt Stadium, Vanderbilt Outdoor Track Complex, the Soccer and Lacrosse Complex, and more. Experience Vanderbilt’s campus like never before!

👟 5K PARTICIPATION PERKS INCLUDE
✬ A free ticket to a future Vanderbilt Athletics Event (more details to come, game TBD).✬ Event T-shirt (must register before the shirt sizing cutoff to guarantee size).
✬ Finisher Award
✬ Fallen Hero Memorial Bib containing the name of a fallen service member
✬ The opportunity to write a note of love and gratitude to the fallen hero’s family and place it on our Wall of Gratitude. These will be sent to the family at a later date.
✬ Anyone wishing to donate their medal back to the family of their fallen hero may do so. However, this is not necessary.
