Saw about half of practice today, here's what I can say:
- I saw De'Rickey Wright leaving practice (as a guest, not as a participant) as I was getting there today. Much was made about the tweet last week but I can confirm he is not part of the team at this time though that is still a possibility. I think work has to be done and I think a lot of the decision may ultimately be up to his teammates and how he's received.
- I continue to be impressed by WR Jayden McGowan. I'd say he's in the lead for biggest-impact freshman. He can be hard to handle at times.
- LBs Kane Patterson and Errington Truesdell made some really nice plays today.
- Offense on the whole really seemed to be clicking at times. RB Patrick Smith made some good plays too.

Next practice is Thursday, I can't make it due to a medical procedure I have scheduled so unfortunately we probably won't have coverage of that one.
