Just too hard to guard everyone. We started getting threes off of it. As the game progressed, Ole Miss freaked out about it so much that Siakam ended up alone under the goal several times. Simply a beautiful thing to watch. Fishback was right on this with his comments last night, too. He did a great job describing the challenge in trying to get back on defense. You're typically taught to sprint to the lane. But against Vandy, it might be 1.5 times better to sprint to the three point arc. Love it! BTW, it really helps to have three point guards able to dish to open shooters. Riley was simply incredible last night with his 19 points and 8 assists.

Our half court offense ain't shabby either. We have several guys who can penetrate and kick. Even Luke is developing this skill. All of these guys roaming the three point line will end up freeing our post guys more and more. Teams will have to try and play tight defense on the perimeter and will become hesitant to double Jones.
