The loss last night knocked VU all the way down to 98, according to ESPN, one spot behind Tennessee and William & Mary, ironically.
I need to do more homework, and the NIT selection process is still a bit of a mystery, but if you read what I wrote last night, I tried to deduce what the committee might be thinking based on what happened a year ago. My gut right now--and I'm going to look into this a little more if I have time today--is that Vandy's RPI will now likely keep it out of the tournament, but I'll keep you posted as I do more research.
