I had alluded to there being another elite player on campus for WBB this weekend and that’s gone public now.
It’s 5 star Kate Harpring who is the number 1 point guard in the class of ‘26 and the number 1 overall player by some evaluators.
She’s an absolutely elite scorer who is arguably the most electric player in the high school ranks right now. Harpring is a true 3 level threat with a great handle and elite quickness. She makes scoring look way easier than it actually is and will be an instant impact player for whichever team lands her. With Harpring and Woliczko on campus this is probably the biggest weekend for Vandy WBB recruiting in recent memory. Clearly Shea Ralph is continuing to put an emphasis on high school recruiting given the success of Pierre and Blakes (and their ability to retain those two).
