Did anyone else know that Knoxville has the highest cost of living of any college campus in the nation? How shocking is it that they are giving their athletes more than any other school in the country for the cost of living stipends now allowed? It's moments like these I'm glad I no longer live in Tennessee to watch my tax dollars go towards that bullshit.
