Why fire Bryce Drew and keep reupping Derek Mason?

I'm not saying we should have kept Drew, but he had much less time, inherited a program in decline, and had a fluke accident to what would have been likely our best player ever and who we were winning with.

Mason has had more time, inherited a program at its all time winning high, and yet keeps on rolling along with the support of the university,
