Coleman starts the game with a single. Wiseman, on a 2-2 count, looks for a slider and gets a fastball, and goes back to the dugout for the first out. Swanson doubles off the monster, moving Coleman to 3rd. Wiel lines a shot to center, the center fielder fails miserably, two runs score, Wiel ends up on third with a triple, and VU leads 2-0. Toffey walks, putting runners on the corners with one out. Visit from the Radford pitching coach, and activity in the Radford pen. Reynolds hits a fly ball to fairly deep right field, Wiel scores on the sac fly, and VU leads 3-0. Kendall goes down looking for out #3.
