Some reactions from key prospects and targets that visited Nashville on Saturday and watched the Commodores scrimmage:
Deuce Wallace, 2016 QB commit -
On his visit: "Visit was great as always! Always nice to get to chat with all the coaches and watch a little scrimmage!"
Thoughts on scrimmage: "Offense looked better as the day went on. Still anxious to see who will get the starting job at quarterback. I talked to Ludwig after the scrimmage, he was pleased with the offense did."
Rutger Reitmaier, 2017 DL target -
On his visit and scrimmage: "It went really good, had a great time! I liked how sharp the defense was early on and how the offense made adjustments towards the end. The defensive line looked fast and aggressive."
What else stood out from his visit: "I talked to pretty much the entire coaching staff. The more I visit the more I am impressed with them."

Other Notes
- Centreville (Va.) defensive end Christian Brooks informed us that he did not make it to Vanderbilt this weekend. He told us that he is for sure going to try and make it next weekend though.
- We've also been told that former Mississippi State commit and Vanderbilt safety target Zaire Jones did not make the trip to Vanderbilt on Saturday as well. However, we've heard that a visit should be taking place in the next few days or so.
