Coming off some brilliant performances from the EYBL stop in Lexington, the Commodores have extended an offer to Shenendehowa (N.Y.) and Albany City Rocks combo guard Kevin Huerter. Notre Dame and Clemson are a couple of other schools that have offered as well.
Huerter played in front of Vanderbilt assistant coach Adam Cohen twice and head coach Kevin Stallings once this past weekend. The 6-foot-5 guard has a very high motor and is an accurate jump shooter that can get open off screens. He is a great decision maker that gets his teammates involved in the game with pinpoint passes and is also an in-your-face defender that plays with no fear.
