This aspect of the betting line was interesting. In the advanced stats--poo pooed by half of VandySports, but taken seriously by those who bet for a living--Carolina is substantially ahead in the Sagarins and Vandy in the F/+. If the bettors believe Vandy and SC are pretty close in playing strength, then essentially the line reflected their belief that Columbia would be able to host the game.
Incidentally I too believe VU and USC are closer in playing strength than most here would like to admit. Should be a fun game.
