"The first two seasons under Mason were just an expected temporary setback due to the youth of the roster which has now matured. We know you can win at Vanderbilt and you know it , too. We've been to bowls in 4 of the last 6 years and we will be even better in 2017 with a senior laden roster. The defense was a top 20 defense this year and could be a top 10 defense next year. Look what our sophomore quarterback did with a thousand yard rusher behind him. You can play football at the best academic institution in the SEC, live in the best city in the SEC, and win here.
