Rivers was moved to starting QB and went the distance against Lamar University, and went 15 for 21 for 197 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 INT as Northwestern State got their first victory of the year (against 5 straight losses). Northwestern State, BTW, shouldn't be confused with Northwestern (Northwestern State is in Louisiana).
