Help me on college vs pro rule. Hit to Shurmur is obvious 15 yard penalty and fine in NFL.
Is targeting the only call they could have made? And should have btw.
Or is there a helmet to helmet QB in pocket type of penalty in college as well???
Made no difference but what is a ref thinking when QB is knocked out in the pocket ?
