I don't see us winning two many more games. Maybe the QB situation improves, and we can beat MT and Houston with a good defense and more balanced offense. Maybe Kentucky won't be horrible. I'd like the guys to get an SEC win and to taste success. I just don't see Mason as the long term answer, and most of our other SEC opponents are going to simply stack the line defensively and wear out our D when they have the ball.
Is there a scenario where a decision is reached to make a change, but the thing doesn't turn into a 2010 style trainwreck? Basically I want to players to hang tight and have a new coach inherit a solid footing the way Jimmy did. But I don't see Derek Mason Walking back barring a significant change in fortune.
