How realistic is it or is there any precedent for a new AD to come in and immediately make a change in a coach- like within the first month?
I know ADs usually want their guy when they take over unless things are going great. For assumption's sake, say Vandy finishes 3-9 and a new AD is hired December 1. Would/could he make a change?
Is that something that could be negotiated before he is hired- the ability to make an immediate change?
