Tip off is 7 p.m. Nashville time, available on SEC Network+.

The Lions come in with a record of 2-4 (2-1 at home, 0-3 on the road). In their last game, they went down 81-60 to Austin Peay. They are averaging 65.5 ppg. They have not shown to be a good shooting team thus far, hitting just under 40% from the field overall, and right at 28% from beyond the arc. They do shoot a bunch of threes (a little over 24 per game). From the charity stripe, they have been worse than Vanderbilt, knocking down only 54% from the line. They have been to the line 92 times thus far this season, while their opponents have shot 134 free throws.

They play about 9 guys per game, and are led by Ty Brewer, 6' 7" 210 pound forward (15.7 ppg) and Julian Vaughn, but thus far no one outside of Brewer has stood out a great deal.

In their last outing at Austin Peay, they led 48-43 at the half, but then were outscored 38-12 in the second half. In the first half, they were uncharacteristically good from the field (19-36 overall, and 8-13 from beyond the arc), while in the second half they were abysmal (5-36 overall and 1-11 from beyond the arc).

This is another game for CJS to see what he has, and to allow the team to continue to grow and mesh with one another. Sadly, I am working tonight and will have to catch up later, but I hope many of you get the chance to catch the team in action, as they have been a lot of fun to watch thus far.
