Vanderbilt to settle financial aid antitrust case, 2nd school to reach deal
Nashville's Vanderbilt University has agreed to settle a lawsuit accusing it and more than a dozen other prominent U.S. schools of conspiring to restrict financial aid to students, marking the second deal in a case claiming billions of dollars in damages.
I’d just note that one reason I wish CDD had toned down his supersized US News rankings drop is because of our being mired in this case at that time. I do think we were smart to settle early.
