Utah AD 'disgusted' by refs after frantic BYU rally
Utah athletic director Mark Harlan had some choice words for the referees following Saturday's game against BYU, saying it was "stolen" from the Utes after the Cougars rallied to win 22-21.
But did the refs even get it wrong? Look at 1:15 to 2:00. The hold is discussed in the last 20 seconds of a replay ending around two minutes into the video.

You would think an athletic director would want to save such a drastic action for when there's no doubt, and this does not look to me like that situation. That seems embarrassing for the school.
