I've made my round of checks and the feedback is very positive. I got my MBA from the U of C but that is irrelevant. I am told by everyone who counts that he gets it. Let's give him a chance to settle into his job. I am confident we can work with this guy. ADMT gets it but is a bit hamstrung at the moment. We all need to chill a bit (me too) and let new leadership get grounded. ADMT took the VU job because he believed VU can excel at everything. I am told our new leader is cut from the same cloth. A brighter future awaits.
