We fans and media make so much about the rankings of recruiting classes. It is all very entertaining of course. But recent posts on CJF, Butch Jones and others losing recruits has me thinking: why don't we rank the graduating classes? It would clearly show which programs do the best jobs of attracting, developing and most importantly, graduating talent. A school like UT, who routinely ranks in top 10 recruiting, wouldn't even sniff the top 30. It would expose the poor performers and celebrate the best programs, something all recruits should pay attention to.
