So I have been trying to figure out the chances of this team making the NIT. Obviously all the major college b-ball sites focus on the NCAA tourney so I've had hard time finding a professional NIT projection. I've found one that said Vandy is a 3rd seed and others (not including last nights game) saying we would be on the bubble (but currently out).
Anyone know any good sites projecting the NIT brackets? Also is the only rule about the NIT besides taking the top 32 teams not in the tourney is that teams who won their regular season championship get in automatically if they fail to win their post season tourney? Is there anything else that I should keep an eye out for once the league tourneys begin?
