Louisiana defensive tackle Daniel James informed VandySports.com that he has received an offer from Vanderbilt. Derek Mason will be visiting him tomorrow. The 6-foot-1 and 270-pound prospect is currently committed to Yale. He is most likely being recruited as a nose tackle in Vanderbilt's 3-4 defense.
