NCAA recruiting rules question

I know some of you are pretty well versed in the ways of college recruiting and what is and is not kosher. What are the rulings for video contact with a kid. I.E. can a coach send a usb with a short video of all the coaches "personalized recruit pitching" to a recruit or a "Come play for us" message from like David Price (no names mentioned, just a "school ad" sort of vid).
