FWIW Kyle Peterson listed his top 10 MLB draft prospects last night. He had Swanson No. 3 overall, and Buehler at No. 8 I believe. Did not have Fulmer on the top 10 list but said he was obviously a first rounder. I think Peterson is the best baseball analyst out there, and having played the game at every level he is a true expert in my opinion. After watching Fulmer in his last two outings, it's hard to imagine him not being one of the first pitchers taken in the draft.
