It seems, as Justin et al have alluded to, that Mason has changed his recruiting strategy to become more aggressive offering more kids sooner than last year. Will be interesting to see how that plays out., especially with the local kids.
I think it is a positive sign that he is willing to change/improve on things out of the gate. The more this goes along, I think he was not ready for prime time last year with things coming at him so quickly. On the flip side of that, I think he has been remarkable in his ability to change and adjust very quickly as well with coaches, strategy, personal, etc.
Back to recruiting - any trend or pattern that jumps out at you with this early offers? Size, length, grades, schools, etc...Also do you think they have and if not how soon do they identify the big fish RB target that they will desperately need.
