I know we supposedly have the 5th hardest schedule this year but I was just looking at the overall SEC schedule, and I don't think you could have designed this sequence of games any better for us.
1- we play UGA real early in the season before anyone knows (even us!) what kind of team we really are, and they are famous for overlooking someone.
2- Florida, Missouri, and Kentucky play UGA just before us. My goodness, UGA could be our new best friend!!!
3- South Carolina plays LSU just before us and whereas we have a rest week to prep for them.
4- Ole Miss plays Bama before us.
5- Not so great playing Texas A&M just before UT. Sadly, T A&M has an easy game before us. UT plays Missouri before us: I have no idea how good Missouri will be this year.
6 - we do have a tough last four game sequence: UF, UK, TA&M, UT but UF and UK might be in worse physical shape than we are.
anyway, no matter how great their coaching is, there is the potential that 5 SEC teams might be more worn out than we are when we meet ... then again, those 5 teams might be pretty angry about losing the week before us. What an interesting year this could be. No idea what to expect.
