Rookie outside linebacker Kyle Woestmann flashed again on the third unit, stripping quarterback Shane Carden from behind. The Vanderbilt product will be interesting to watch in preseason games as he looks like he would be a good addition to the Bears’ special teams unit. The numbers may be against him at outside linebacker, but at a minimum, Woestmann looks like a viable practice squad candidate.
