With the infamous coverage CJF received concerning his presence in the Vandy dugout, I was wondering what regulations cover who and how many non-team associated (not including medical staff, equipment staff etc. ) can be in the dugout. How many cheerleaders can a team have in the dugout? Can donors be rewarded with a dugout seat? And so on.
