Hoops Recruiting Is Stackhouse a Good Recruiter?

I know that this has been a scalding hot topic on the board over the last few months, and Jeff Goodman's comments followed by his podcast with Chris has added fuel to that fire.

What I'm asking is does Stackhouse get any credit for recruiting the transfers that he has landed:

• Isaac McBride, top 100, transfer from Kansas
• DJ Harvey, top 50, transfer from Notre Dame (started all 30 games as freshman)
• Quentin Millora-Brown, 6'10" center on a team thin in front-court, transfer from Rice (averaged 23 mins/gm)

If we hold Stack and his staff responsible for recruiting players, doesn't that mean we have to give them credit for identifying and adding these transfers? It's yet to be seen if McBride will be eligible this year, but this is a solid set of additions to the team.
