Is ESPN Player crap everywhere?

I've not subscribed since last baseball season since so few of our football and basketball games seemed to be on in it since SECN came along. I signed back up for baseball post-season, but the feed is so choppy it's hard to watch sometimes.

Is it just my crappy British broadband connection?
