The same way I did the AP game last week. I want to see improvment and somebody new step up along with our team developing confidence. I remember a conversation I had with CJF one time and I told him Jordan Rodgers had the worst ball fakes I had ever seen and that he fooled nobody and sure enough 2 games later there was major improvment. The reason I shared that is I noticed J-Mac had some of the best ball fakes I had seen him do and thus while Sherfeild got all the press that to me was the most impressive thing I saw last week.
The D.Woods injury is sad and huge loss but a question/suggestion I have is could R.Canty 6-3 205# be a good replacements? I have been to some practices the last 2 yrs but he was always wearing a red jersey and I remember Justin saying he plays stiff but he has been dressed this year correct?
Also I think it is time to see some misdirection plays today to use OM aggressive D against them and perhaps keep a drive alive and expand the play book ( for always having the smartest players we have a small playbook it seems) . One more thought. How about teaching Blake Fromag a tackle position. He is 6-8 has long arms and is never going to be a good tackle and it is a position of need.
