I don’t know what’s going on off the court, but what has happened on the court this year has been night and day vs. last year, and we should all feel good about the trajectory of the program if Stack stays.

Last year we played Arkansas in roughly the same cadence as we played SC this year, which was an away game mid-SEC season and then the final home game of the season. Last year we played well in the game at Arky, and we should’ve won that game if it wasn’t for a 30% three point shooter knocking down a clutch 3 in the last ten seconds or so to beat us (so Vanderbilt). Then Arkansas came to Memorial in the final game of the season and beat us by 40 in an absolutely embarrassing showing. That was the moment many fans (including me) finally turned on Drew. This year, in our mid-season game at SC, we got crushed. But then yesterday, we pulled it together and beat SC at home in a very gutsy effort. We flipped the script on last year with Arkansas. Never stopped fighting and we are playing our best basketball at the end of the season.

Very excited about the future of this program should Stack stay, and hope whatever inside information people on this board has blows over and Stack stays here for years to come and builds something special like we all want!
