Regardless of whether they beat NZ on Saturday, he's transformed that team in a way that helped them overcome the inherent mental pitfalls of a team that never believed they were truly worthy of being the world's best. Farrell is warm and light hearted with people, he respects his players to play autonomously and creatively, and surrounds himself with the best staff he can assemble. Players love being called up for Ireland because they love playing for Farrell. Oh, and tactically he's as strong as anyone in the game.
