Sims Sherfield and Scheu were targeted 14 times and caught 3 passes. Scheu while he won't remember it dropped three alone and Trent dropped 2 in first Q. Sims dropped 2 and Johnny proceeded to make bad throws on the rest.
What are you supposed to do ? Target your best weapons. Oh I'm sure they don't teach them to catch the ball. I get it the coaches have to find a way but Ludwig didn't forget how to coach in 6 mos.
He has no QB and no OL. Everyone that trolls has all the answers. Everyone that trolls says it should be better but they all seem to think bc they are smarter than everyone that they should just magically beat 9th ranked team in nation bc Mason is an idiot.
This team has no talent on offense period. They still have to find a way to get better and score but it will not be easy. I don't think that is all coaching.
If a play doesn't work it's bad play or bad timing by coaches. Never players. These guys can't / aren't making plays and the roster is what it is.
Blame Mason for bad recruiting but where he has some talent he has an SEC D.
Results matter and after another year of 1 or 2 wins change may happen for change sake but if you think there is a magical offense to combat JMacs brain or Freebecks statue - u are mistaken.
To tick the trolls off even more I'd go ahead and build for the future with Shurmer. It can't be any worse on O if JMac can't use feet to run.
