Pitt lost 7 games to team not in the tourney
Nevada lost 6 games to non tourney teams
AZ St lost 5 games to non tourney teams (and this is giving them credit for losing to 12-20 TX Southern, who made the tourney by beating, yea, Grambling, if TXSouth loses that game this goes up to 6)
NC ST lost 4 games to non tourney teams
VU lost games to 3 non tourney teams
VU had 7 wins vs tourney teams (all at large)
Pitt had 4 wins
NC ST had 2 wins
Nevada had 4 wins (Grand Canyon was one of those, other 3 those MW teams)
AZ ST had 4 wins
Just some examples. Now , some of this would change if like Pitt didn't make it and VU did, as Pitt wouldn't be a tourney team so you take that win away, but, hey, head to head ha. NC ST now would make those look better, but they only had 2 wins to begin with, geeez.
And I've heard the nay sayers on the board say , well, you can't lose to bad teams, umm, these other teams looks like lost to more bad teams than VU did and still got in.
