TCU has six losses, all by five or fewer points, after falling 81-78 at Vanderbilt. That 12-0 start seems long ago. Unlike the previous losses, Saturday's came against a struggling SEC team and won't look good on the résumé come March.

“We’re not a very good team defensively, we know that,” TCU coach Jamie Dixon said. “We played a good game the other day defensively and I thought that might be the thing that would make it click. When you go on the road you’ve got to guard people.”
