If you read any of my posts, then you know I'm not a Mason fan. I don't think he's a good coach.
But, this class is the best non-Franklin class in 20+ years. That's pretty damn good.
In the early signing period, we got every single kid that is 100% commited to VU and Mason. If you really thought that those other 8 commits that didn't sign early weren't waiting for a better offer, you're pretty naive.
Today is disappointing only if you expected to get kids waiting on a better offer, and I wasn't. We signed a pretty good class overall, be happy.
