As you can imagine, the current Vanderbilt commitments had a lot of great things to say about last night's win over Ole Miss. Hear from most of them below...
Grant Miller, OL, St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.): "I thought Vandy had a great night, all around. The defense looked solid and the offense looked great, especially the offensive line. Mistakes were really limited and Vandy played great football that they are capable of playing every week. Should be fun to see they do next week."
Bryce Bailey, OT, Castle (Ind.): It was a great win, I was there and the vibe was amazing. All the players dancing around on the field and playing with some swagger and confidence. The celebration afterwards was something I know they'll want next week too."
Jacob Free, QB, Brantley (Ala.): "It was a great win for our team. I was really impressed on how they played and fought against a really good Ole Miss team and a tough QB like Patterson. Can't wait to be on the field with them."
Colin Anderson, ILB, Brooks (Ala.): "Just showing the world what West End is all about. We're on the come up."
Randall Haynie, CB, Cardinal Gibbons (Fla.): "Awesome win! Everybody came to play and they brought it to Ole Miss. Shurmur was on point through the air too. Execution is key!"
Adam Sparks, CB, Dutchtown (La.): "We balled out on both sides all night! It was a great win, but it's not a surprise to me!"

Jalen Pinkney, DE, Norcross (Ga.): "I thought it was another great win, but it didn't surprise me because these are the types of wins that are going to start being expected from Vanderbilt. Coach Mason is changing the mindset and vibe of the team, and it's only a matter of time before we're contending for an SEC Championship."
