Baylor game will be intense

Our biggest advantage is our freakishly tall and athletic twin towers. Baylor's wide bodied beast had trouble against last year's Bambi version of Kornet. They had trouble scoring inside on us. This year's version of Kornet should be even tougher to deal with. And Jones is always a defensive presence, of course. This will be a game where we may need some good minutes from our third tower, Hendo. Hope he's ready to play well when there are the inevitably cheapie fouls. Because our tall guys could lead us to a win. They beat us in Memorial on an exceptional shooting performance by two of their guys last year. Hopefully they don't repeat that. They also muscled our all freshman perimeter a good bit. That should be much tougher to do this go around with our added strength, age, and experience. I am excited to see Wade Baldwin's impact on this game with his amped up all around game on display. Hope we can pull this one out, partly because I expect the Purdue game to be even tougher.
