If this team gets to that mark it will be because of these 3 things in my opinion.
1.) The pass rush. Butler, Azubike, Woods, Weatherly, and J. Smith create more pressure giving the secondary a chance to make more plays and get the defense off the field on 3rd downs.
2.) The turnover margin/Ludwig effect. An improved turnover margin due to more reasonable play calling by Ludwig and capitalizing on more opportunities on defense. There were plays to be made last year - fumbles that couldn't be recovered and dropped INTs. Those breaks have to go our way to get 2-3 more wins.
3.) Ralph Webb goes from steady performer to big play threat. The offense needs more plays of 20+ yards and Webb along with Sherfield and Sims are the most likely candidates. Webb breaking some long runs for TDs will be a key component to the improvement and he has the speed in the open field.
