1) Get the 1,000 applicants per state to issue Vanderbilt license plates in neighboring states + Texas and Florida. Should be easy for MS, KY, GA, AL

2) Name the VU UTjr rivalry - - should be related to either a nautical theme or something related to the Cumberland Plateau.
