Audio Stackhouse's extension, Stackhouse vs. his peers, hoops minutes forecast and more

Vanderbilt gave coach Jerry Stackhouse an extension of undefined length this week. Chris Lee and Joey Dwyer discuss that, his record compared to the three coaches who joined the SEC when he did plus, a forecast of minutes for every scholarship player on the roster this year.

If It Isn't Vandy...

...what college team would you root for and why?
I'm a Nashville native and from a young age realized that I could either root for Vandy or join the moronic orange masses. So, I put everything behind Vandy. But I've asked the question a few times over the last few years, "If I pulled my support from Vanderbilt, who would I start rooting for in college sports?" I don't live in Nashville anymore and could put all my effort behind another team. Wife is from the Gainsville area so there is UF. I live in Georgia so there is UGA.

If you chose another school, who would it be?

Football Taking podcast questions for Will Perdue (Thursday afternoon)

The podcast is presented by Dr. Jody Jones, DDS.

The guest line is presented by Michael Kendrick of The Kendrick Group. Michael is a local carpenter and a lifelong Vandy fan. He builds bookshelves, cabinets, picture frames, furniture and made-to-order items, including a display case for my prized Dale Murphy jersey. I have seen Michael’s work and he’s a true craftsman. If you’re in the market for custom woodwork, give Michael a call at 615.830.9458.

Today’s mailbag is sponsored by Sutherland & Belk, a family owned injury law firm. If you or a loved one has been hurt in an accident, give Taylor or Russell a call at 615-846-6200 to see what your rights are and if they can help.

Joey Dwyer and I will discuss the Stackhouse extension and make some playing time projections around 2 today. Please get your questions in before then.

Will and I will knock this out starting at 11:45.

Desgin by whom?

I watch a lot of CCL press conferences and when he gets asked about the defenses mistakes he always brings up design.
So my question is this, who is the architect of this defense? Because I thought he brought his scheme with him from ND. Soooooooo......... the DC redesigning his scheme or is he adding new things to it or what?
@Chris Lee help us/me out.

Basketball Where do we stand with Stackhouse?

When is he under contract through?

Is this an NCAA Tournament year or you fire him?

Is it next year or bust?

I think the guy can coach and he’s finally figured out what it takes to recruit and or hit the portal. To me, you have to give him this year and next or we’re back to square one. I know others may disagree.
