I shot 25 photos of the new left field facility yesterday. I did them with an iPhone so I don't know how well things will come across, but they're first-class and beautiful.
I asked coach Tim Corbin where the facilities ranked nationally. He side-stepped the question a bit, mostly because it's hard to rank those things. Essentially, what he wanted was something designed more for player convenience and benefit than anything, and in that regard he feels like they stack up very well nationally.
They're still doing some branding work, and you'll see a photo where they are going to connect the new and old facilities, but it's mostly done, and it's exceptionally well done. Vanderbilt and Tim deserve a lot of credit for doing this very, very well.
